Top early stories include gaining promotion to Division 1 in 1930 as champions, the 6-2 thrashing of Aston Villa in 1933, and reaching the FA Cup finals against Man Utd in 1948. The 50s saw some epic games, not least beating Spurs 4-1 away, reaching the FA Cup final again in 1951, this time against Newcastle and finally lifting the trophy beating Bolton 4-3 in the 1953 Final. The books were launched in 2003/4 and they have grown from an average of 60 - 70 pages to 120 - 170 as we have updated them at the end of each season.
