The original Scottish liqueurs listed in this section are hand made in Perthshire. All the liqueurs are made using the finest natural produce, are guaranteed free from genetically modified ingredients, and are made to our own recipes which are closely-guarded family secrets.

• Columba Cream
  This is Scotland's Malt Whisky Cream Liqueur - exceptionally smooth and based on a centuries-old family recipe for brose. Columba Cream is a skilful blend of Scotch malt whisky, cream and honey. Originally, brose was a traditional Scots family drink made daily using ingredients readily available on the croft - whisky, oatmeal, cream, sometimes honey, sometimes fruit.
  
  
  
  
  
• Scottish Highland Liqueur Bruadar
  A skillful marriage of Scotch malt whisky, honey and sloes.
  One of the key ingredients of Scottish Highland is carefully prepared sloeberries enough to balance out the sweetness of the honey but not so many as to impart bitterness. The connoisseur will appreciate the maturation of the liqueur in the bottle. Once the bottle is opened, over a period of months the sweetness of the honey is rounded off and the taste of the sloes comes to the fore.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Scottish Country Fruity Liqueurs
  A wonderful combination of Scotch malt whisky, honey and real fruit.
  Perthshire, world renowned for its soft fruits, inspired us to increase our range of liqueurs. Once again we utilise our fine base liqueur of Scotch malt whisky and honey, but this time we add real fruit to produce three very different products - Bramble, Cranberry & Raspberry and Blaeberry Liqueurs. All three recipes include a high concentration of fruit, resulting in a lip-smacking flavour and an aroma which will make you drool!
  
  
  
  
• The Carn Mor Collection
  Our own collection of whiskies; bottled without chill-filtering, therefore retaining all the oils and proteins that are so essential to flavour.
  The Carn Mor collection features single malt and blended whiskies from Scotland's finest whisky producing regions.
  
  
  
  
• Ginger Tam's
  A warming mix of ginger, honey and single malt whisky, Ginger Tam's is a spicy big brute.
  The mellow malt combines with the zingy ginger and the sweetness of the honey to create a powerful mix!
  Ginger Tam's is one of the most exciting and innovative new products to come out of Scotland in a very long time.
  This is a really challenging dram at 48.5%; so consume with care.
  
  
• Beinn a'Cheo
  Beinn a'Cheo (meaning mountain of mist in Scottish Gaelic) is one of our single malt scotch whiskies. Distilled at Ben Nevis Distillery in the Scottish Highlands on 28 November 1996 and bottled here at the Scottish Liqueur Centre in Bankfoot on 18 September 2008. Currently in stock is whisky from cask #2112, which produced only 300 bottles.
