Returns Policy (RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES)

o We hope you'll be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't, we'll be happy to refund or exchange an item, provided it is in a completely re-saleable condition i.e. unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. If the product is not returned in a fully re-saleable condition we have the right to refuse a refund.
o Returns should be made within 28 days of receipt.
o We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is returned simply because you have changed your mind.
