Delivery of our fun gifts

We aim to despatch all our products within 72 hours of purchase (Mon - Fri). Certain personalised products can take longer - see product for specific details.

Unless otherwise stated your gift will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Initial City Link Couriers so a it is important that you provide a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for. If no-one is at the address to accept the parcel a card will be left informing you that the parcel is being held with your local depot - it is now your responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery. Please note that we cannot change delivery addresses once the order has been despatched.

All items ordered with Express delivery will be with you guaranteed within 2 working days unless otherwise stated for specific products. You MUST provide a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for - a work address if possible is best. A private courier will deliver your parcel and will not leave the package without a signature.

At busy times of year such as Christmas and Valentines Day orders not placed with Express delivery can take longer than the specified delivery time but are guaranteed to arrive by the special day.
