Yet another classic fudge concoction from Fudge Kitchen.
Unlike other inferior pretenders to the Rum & Raisin throne of fudge, our interpretation of this traditional flavour fudge is quite unique. Visually it is superb - white rum flavoured fudge dotted with natural raisins. Using whipping cream instead of butter reduces caramelisation and preserves the snowy white appearance.
Our Rum and Raisin is available in thick chunky slices, not meagre hard little cubes. It has a unique texture, thanks to our traditional hand rolling method of making fudge, with an outer crust concealing a soft and creamy centre that melts in the mouth. We use the finest possible natural ingredients to make our creamy fudge, then add a generous helping of natural rum flavour and scatter handfuls of plump juicy raisins.
It all creates what we think is the king of Rum and Raisin fudge and, as with all our flavours, is available in thick luxurious slices weighing approximately 175 grams.

We believe in fudge for all, which is why we’ve created our unique Dairy Free fudge. Our Dairy Free fudge has the same delicious flavour and mouth watering texture as all our other fudge flavours, but does not include milk, cream or any other dairy product. (Dairy Free fudge contains granulated sugar, salt, soya cream, and glucose syrup). This makes Dairy Free fudge ideal for fudge lovers who are lactose intolerant, have a milk allergy, are vegan, or are on a special milk free or dairy free diet.
All our hand made fudges are also gluten free.
Our Dairy Free fudge comes as standard in our Best Traditional Toffee flavour and is available in thick generous slices weighing on average 175g each. At Easter and Christmas time, other dairy free versions are also produced so a 4 slice selection box of mixed flavours is available.
