Our online ordering system is fully secure: all credit card transactions are processed in encrypted form by a Thawte certificate. You can verify the security of your connection during the payment process by checking the bottom of your browser window. When the connection is secure, you will see a closed padlock, and the address at the top will change from http://… to https://... Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated confirmation email with order number. If you do not receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard/Access, American Express, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta.
All prices shown, and your order total, are in UK Pounds Sterling.

All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the card issuer to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render us liable for any delay or non-delivery.
- Orders received by 1:00pm (UK time), Monday to Friday are delivered next day except for our London Express Basket delivered to any address within London area.
- Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands may take an extra day.
- All our prices are fully inclusive, the price you see is the total cost.
- Orders received after 3:30pm on Thursdays will be delivered on the following Monday.
- Orders received after 3:30pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
- Orders can be delivered on Saturdays for an extra £19.50.
- Surcharge of £9.50 for Mon-Fri deliveries before noon
- Surcharge of £15.00 for deliveries to Northern Ireland & Isle of Man - (Allow 2 day service for delivery).
- Surcharge of £15.00 for deliveries to Scottish Islands & Isles of Scilly (Allow 2 day service for delivery).
- We cannot guarantee any delivery time.
- Fruit baskets for delivery to hospitals in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland: if the recipient has been discharged, we won't take any responsability for the non delivery of the goods to the patient. Please make sure that the recipient will still be at the hospital when the fruit basket is delivered.
- No deliveries on Sundays and Public holidays.
