| | Delivery terms for our Fruit baskets, Muffin Baskets, Fine Wines, Teddy Gift Packs and Others - Orders received by 3:30pm (UK time), Monday to Friday are delivered next day except for our Same Day London Express Fruit Baskets and Champagne delivered to any address within London area.
- Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands may take an extra day.
- All our prices are fully inclusive, the price you see is the total cost.
- Orders received after 3:30pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
- Orders can be delivered on Saturdays for an extra £12.50 (A$25.65).
- Surcharge of £9.50 (A$19.49) for Mon-Fri deliveries before noon
- Surcharge of £10.00 (A$20.52) for deliveries to Northern Ireland & Isle of Man
- Surcharge of £20.00 (A$41.04) for deliveries to Scottish Islands & Isles of Scilly (Allow an extra day for deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Isles)
- We cannot guarantee any delivery time.
- No deliveries on Sundays and Public holidays.
- Incorrect OR insufficient delivery details can result in late or non-delivery. In such circumstances, we would try to rectify the situation as best as possible. However NO REFUNDS will be made in such circumstances
- In case of deliveries being made to Hospitals, Hotels, or Business addresses, it is the SOLE responsibility of the sender to make sure that the person is available to receive the gift
- Any re-direction costs incurred will be charged
- Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses
- No deliveries available on Sundays & UK Public holidays
- All items subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any items for products of similar or higher value
