Shipping And Handling
The following charge will be made to cover postage and packing on all orders sent to a single address: UK Mainland: £5 Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles: £15 DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK Is worked out by our website... If you would like to order by telephone we will get a courier to quote us for you. Maze Direct cannot be held responsible should local custom authorities confiscate any particular item, delay shipment or charge import duty.

Delivery Schedule
Our normal lead-time for gifts that we have in stock is 3 - 5 days, if you need your gift/s sooner please add our express service for a 1 - 2 day lead-time.
If item isn't in stock, we will contact you and this charge will be refunded if necessary.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Gift-wrapping
Why not add Gift Wrapping to your gift?
Get your gift, gift wrapped here for only £5.00 (A$11.70).
We will also add a card on your behalf with a mesage of your choice for no extra cost.

Please note:
Individual items from a multi-item order may be despatched separately.
All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces.
Any price changes will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, specification and representation of each product is accurate, however, slight variations in colour may occur. All sizes are approximate.

Guarantee
You have a statutory right to cancel your order for any item up to and including the seventh day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the date on which you received your item, and to receive a full refund.
To cancel your order, send a cancellation letter or email to us. Items returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
