Return and Tax

RETURNS
Our returns policy is simple, fair and geared towards customer satisfaction. Should the situation arise whereby you no longer require the garment that you purchased, we would be very happy to exchange it for an alternative product provided that it was returned to us within 15 days of purchase and still in perfect condition. If there were a fault with the garment, we would refund the price of the product and issue your card with a refund. Please securely wrap the goods and send the package by Recorded Delivery with a copy of the original receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post or non-delivered items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.

CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the goods. The customer will be entitled to a full refund as specified in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

TAX
Where applicable, all prices for goods quoted on this website are inclusive of tax. For all purchases made in the UK and Europe, the price includes VAT at a standard UK rate of 15%. Books and children's clothing do not include VAT and so therefore are exempt. For all customers purchasing goods outside of Europe, you will not be liable to pay UK VAT, and so any purchase of adult clothing or souvenirs will have 15% deducted from the price (yippeeee!). Unfortunately, an import duty may be levied to your purchase once it has reached the destination country (boooooo!). Because these levies are all set locally we cannot guide you on the exact amounts.

COMPLAINTS
With any business, there will always be circumstances that arise which can cause reason for complaint. We do not profess to be perfect but we will treat each and every customer's comments with fairness, confidentiality and speed. Should any of our customers have reason to be unsatisfied with either the product or service that they have received, we will deal with the matter effectively, communicating our acknowledgement within 5 working days with an aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Every customer is openly invited to contact us to give general feedback or comments about specific issues.
