London 2012 Games - Delivery Limitations

It has been well publicised that during the London 2012 Games there will be additional congestion within a number of London postcodes, and some outside the capital. Please be aware that deliveries may be delayed due to increased volume of traffic and possible road closures, and allow extra time for deliveries if necessary. Please be aware a delivery surcharge may be applicable to locations near games locations during the games.
Affected periods are 25-Jul to 14-Aug , 27-Aug to 11-Sep.

Right of Cancellation

You have a right to cancel any order within seven working days of the day after receipt. Except where we say otherwise, you must return the goods to the point of dispatch within a reasonable period of cancellation. Exceptions:

Perishable food and goods must be cancelled before we dispatch them. The goods that this applies to include hampers, flowers, fruit baskets and perfume.
Custom made goods are not included in this right of cancellation. The goods that this applies to include personalised teddy bears, cakes with iced messages, engraved or personalised filofaxes and any other good prepared to your personal specification.
Any software, video or audio item which is opened by you the consumer is not included in this right of cancellation.
By law, if you ask for a refund you must take reasonable care of the item.
Under UK and EU law you have a right to change your mind about a purchase made over the internet in accordance with the above conditions. Except where otherwise stated or unless the goods are faulty or have been supplied as substitutes for your order, you will be required to pay the costs of returning the item to the supplier.

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Purchase of Alcohol

To comply with UK licensing laws all purchasers and recipients must be over 18 years old.
